Human Machine Interface (HMI) -
Timberline delivers a variety of on-hand experience in the configuration and
programming of operator interfaces. Timberline’s scope of experience ranges
from propriety low-level terminals, multiple node and custom PC
based software solutions developed with Microsoft.Net technologies.
Database (DB) : Timberline Automation
Inc. offers the ability to add SQL server functionality or the ability
to integrate into an existing corporate SQL server such as ERP or WMS
system.
Development includes Schema, table, trigger and stored
procedure programming. Functionality may include part
tracking, part data archiving, image archiving, statistical reporting
and scheduled events such as back-ups.
Reporting: Timberline Automation
Inc. offers the ability to generate reports off the given systems
data. Reporting can be application based or web based and placed on
your companies intranet, extranet and if desired the internet.
OPC: Timberline Automation Inc. has
the knowledge
and experience to develop custom PC based applications that can
communicate with your controls processor. Custom applications
programmed in .Net can offer real time data monitoring, data archiving and
event driven notifications including email or paging.
Timberline trusts and utilizes
many “open” software standards, and has a strong working knowledge of
Microsoft’s products including Windows XP/2000/NT, MS Access, Oracle,
OPC, SQL Server 2000 & 2005, MSDE, Visual Basic 6.0 (COM), Visual
Basic.Net and C#. .Net provides a cost efficient, event driven
solution for many control applications and Timberline has integrated Visual
Basic with a variety of contols processors, I/O and Vision products.
